3) Each order will be assessed with the published residential carrier-shipping rate for the particular zone, weight, and size. You are responsible for this charge.

4) Freight charges are subject to dimension and oversize carrier freight regulations. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Netoutpost reserves the right to ship oversized or furniture products via truck lines. We will make every

effort to notify you of the freight charges for these orders prior to shipping. However, if you do not respond to

us within 48 hours of our notification giving us the authorization to ship out the order, we will cancel that order.

5) If a dimensional/billable weight applies, you are responsible for calculating this additional cost.

6) Any additional carrier surcharges applied after the order has been shipped will be billed to you.

8) Orders shipped via Truck must be inspected for shipping damage prior to acceptance of the shipment.

1) Backorders will be shipped automatically upon receipt of goods. Netoutpost has the option to substitute any item on

backorder for a comparable item of equal or greater value-unless otherwise specified.

2) All orders will ship complete unless otherwise requested.
